How It Works
Step-by-Step Certification Journey
Application & Scope Definition
Submit your application form with company details, number of employees, and the scope of activities to be certified. Our team reviews your application and provides a quotation within 3 business days.
Contract & Planning
Upon agreement, we sign a certification contract and assign a dedicated audit team. An audit plan is prepared based on your organization's size, complexity, and the standard requirements.
Stage 1 Audit (Document Review)
Our auditor reviews your management system documentation to assess readiness for Stage 2. This may be conducted remotely or on-site. Any gaps identified are communicated to you in a written report.
Stage 2 Audit (On-Site Assessment)
A thorough on-site audit evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of your management system. Our lead auditor verifies conformance against the standard requirements and interviews relevant personnel.
Certification Decision & Certificate Issuance
The audit team reviews findings and submits a recommendation. Upon satisfactory close-out of any non-conformities, your EGAC-accredited certificate is issued — valid for 3 years.
Surveillance & Recertification
Annual surveillance audits (Year 1 and Year 2) verify continued conformance. A full recertification audit is conducted before certificate expiry to renew your certification for another 3-year cycle.
